We welcome all ages and levels of experience to join our Ski for Light family. You don’t need to have any prior experience or worry about arranging a guide ahead of time, we take care of all the details so you can relax and enjoy your experience.

 The 46th Annual Black Hills Regional Ski for Light will be held at Terry Peak & Coeur Wharf in Lead, SD from January 19-23, 2025.

Applications open August 30, 2024, and must be received by December 15th, 2024.

How much does it cost?

The cost is $ to be determined and covers expenses for:

  • Five nights of lodging based on double occupancy (sharing a room)

  • Ski equipment as required

  • Trail fee/lift tickets

  • Transportation between Deadwood and Terry Peak Ski Area

  • All lunches and one evening meal

  • One banquet ticket

 

Additional Optional Expenses:

  • Meal Package: $ to be determined. Meal vouchers cover meals not provided by SFL and may only be used at the Gem in the Mineral Palace Hotel & Casino.

  • Single room occupancy request: $ to be determined (not available to participants receiving a scholarship)

  • Banquet tickets for guests or caretakers: $ to be determined per person, and must be purchased at the time of application.


Applications & Deadlines:

Applications will open August 30, 2024. Scholarship Applications must be received November 30, 2024, and Participant application deadline is December 15, 2024.
